We have received the Haderslev Award 2025
The award is the result of several years of deliberate work to create room both for young people in internship programmes and for citizens on their way back into the labour market after long-term illness.
At CERTEX Danmark, we see it as part of our responsibility as a local company to contribute to an inclusive labour market.
In recent years, we have, among other things:
- Run ongoing internship programmes in collaboration with primary schools, vocational schools, and job centres
- Offered company placements and sheltered jobs to citizens who have been on long-term sick leave
- Worked with flexible tasks and adjusted working hours so that more people can get a good start or a safe path back into work
- Prioritised close dialogue with mentors, counsellors and caseworkers to ensure that the programmes are meaningful for both the individual and the company
Interns and employees in special programmes are a natural part of everyday life at our company. We emphasise allowing time for training and creating a safe framework that enables people to develop at their own pace. Many of the people we have had in internships or programmes have taken important steps forward – either into education, regular employment, or a clearer course of action in collaboration with the municipality.
Receiving the Haderslev Award 2025 is therefore not only an award we are proud of – it is also a confirmation that the direction we have chosen is making a real difference. We will continue to expand our collaboration with Haderslev Municipality, local schools, and job centres, and to further develop new opportunities for people who need an extra helping hand on their way into the labour market.
