Customized cranes
Vredo Danmark, a dealer of agricultural machinery, has recently built a brand new headquarters in Aulum, near Herning. The new premises on Buntmagervej were shown to the public at an open house event back in February 2023. CERTEX Danmark A/S has supplied and installed two tailor-made crane solutions for the newly built workshop halls. A light rail overhead crane for the welding department and a 10-ton overhead crane for the preparation hall. The cranes solve a wide variety of lifting and handling tasks and therefore also have very different properties and specifications. You can read more about the solutions below.

10-ton overhead crane
The workshop's largest and heaviest items are handled in the preparation hall at Vredo Danmark. The need was to lift to 10 tons, and the solution was a CERTEX-GH overhead crane with a single overhead crane and undercarriage hoist.
The overhead crane is specially adapted with frequency control on all movements (hoisting movement, trolley movement and crane movement), load display and radio control. The crane also has a span of over 18 meters and a lifting height of 6.2 meters.

Light crane
For the completely newly built welding department, the needs were different from those for the preparation hall. Here, the crane was mainly used to handle smaller items from 15-100 kg, while there was also the occasional need to lift larger items to 1000 kg. To accommodate both types of lifting and achieve the highest possible efficiency, we installed a light rail crane in this hall with two traverses, each with a capacity of 500 kg.
The CERTEX-NIKO light crane is equipped with a LIFTKET VFD frequency-controlled electric chain hoist and is operated safely and efficiently with a radio-controlled remote control.
