Light overhead cranes
With CERTEX-NIKO light crane systems you get an economic and cost-effective solution compared to conventional overhead crane systems, especially when the crane is needed in a height and space limited area. The robust design of the crane components and the high manufacturing standards guarantee long life with little, or no maintenance required. The enclosed track profile design prevents dust accumulation and ensures proper trolley alignment and smooth-running wheels making your crane last for a long time. Regardless whether you need a new overhead crane in your warehouse, factory or workshop, or an optimization of your existing crane solution, the CERTEX-NIKO system is a good, safe, and affordable choice.

Advantages of I-beam cranes
- Small track profiles suitable for lower headroom spaces
- Rigid construction which allows steadier travel of loads, more accurate load positioning and no crabbing on the bridge travel
- Meter for meter Niko track profiles are lighter therefore they inflict a lower dead load on the supporting structure and are easier to handle when installing
- Very low friction which makes it much easier to push the load
- Less force to move the crane, which achieves better movement and increased productivity
- Enclosed track profile design prevents dust from pilling up and obstructing the rolling of wheels.
The light rail crane system is perfect when space is limited
If there is a low ceiling or only a few square metres available, then the CERTEX-NIKO crane is a great option
