Crane installation specialists
Once you have purchased a crane from CERTEX Danmark A/S, we will of course also take care of installing the solution. We only consider the task completed once the crane has been installed, tested and is ready for use. Unless you prefer otherwise, we will provide the equipment required for installing the crane solution, such as a lift and mobile crane for the installation. When installing small cranes, such as jib cranes, only a smaller lift or forklift is typically required, which is often provided by the customer.
It is always our own certified technicians who install the crane. Prior to the assignment, the responsible technician visits your site to gain the necessary overview and ensure the best possible planning of the installation. All our cranes are delivered with a complete documentation package and CE marking.
Your crane is almost ready for use
Once your new CERTEX crane has been manufactured, you can start looking forward to using it.
We take care of:
✔ Delivery of the crane to the requested address on the agreed date
✔ Crane installation on the agreed date/time
✔ Testing and proof load testing in accordance with the Danish Working Environment Authority’s guidelines
✔ Handover to users
✔ Documentation and CE marking
✔ Subsequent statutory service and maintenance through a service agreement
✔ Online access to certificates and service reports

Questions about crane installation
How long it takes to install the crane of course depends on several parameters such as the size of the crane, the location, whether it needs to be connected to an existing crane solution, etc. Jib cranes and smaller cranes are typically installed in 1 day, while larger crane solutions take approximately 2-5 days to install.
When installing smaller cranes such as jib cranes, typically only a small lift or forklift is needed, which is usually provided by the customer. For larger cranes, we will book lifts, mobile cranes and other equipment.
Before our crane technicians arrive to install your crane solution, it is generally important that the installation area is cleared and there is free space for driving with a lift and possibly a mobile crane. We will arrange a date and time that suits you.
Your crane must be inspected at least every 12 months according to the Danish Working Environment Authority. You can make a service agreement with us and we will contact you when it is time for the annual service inspection.
