Training in the executive order no. 428 on the application of technical equipment

Your safety – your responsibility

Executive order no. 428: what you need to know

Learn how to use work equipment safely in everyday operations. This may include cranes, hoists, chain hoists and other lifting equipment used to lift and handle loads. The course provides a practical introduction to the Danish Working Environment Authority’s Executive Order No. 428 and explains what its requirements mean for both employees and employers.

We cover the requirements and responsibilities associated with using work equipment, including the employer’s duty to ensure that equipment is suitable for the task and that employees have the necessary training and instructions. The course focuses on how the rules apply in practice and what to look out for in day-to-day work.

Through theory and practical examples, participants gain a better foundation for assessing and using work equipment safely. The aim is to make the requirements concrete and relevant to participants’ everyday work, helping them turn safety knowledge into good working practices.
