32T cranes for the Storstroem Bridge project
The pictures show the two 32-ton Gantry Cranes delivered and installed by CERTEX Denmark’s crane department in one of the huge production halls for the new Storstroem Bridge. The cranes are delivered in collaboration with our partner GH Cranes.

About the Storstroem Bridge production halls
At the Storstroem Bridge construction site, a total of four huge production halls will be erected, the largest of which is 305 m long (+100 m outdoor course), 53.5 m wide and 25 m high. It is in the halls that all the bridge elements will be made - such as foundations, bridge pillars etc. CERTEX Denmark delivers a total of 10 specially designed Gantry Cranes to handle the task of lifting and transporting the heavy bridge elements.
The new bridge is being built by JV Stormstroem Bridge – ITINERA S.p.A.
