WLL = Horizontal load capacity. Depending on the configuration and porosity, the load capacity may be reduced. The load capacity is reduced by the weight of the suction foot.
FORCE-LIFT | 2 is a stronger version of FORCE-LIFT®, which is particularly useful in dispatch areas for receiving and delivering goods, in warehouses when unpacking and packing goods and it is ideal for order picking and palletizing. This tube lifter can lift 235 kg, and has a lifting speed of up to 60 m/min.
Vacuum tube lifter FORCE-LIFT | 2 is operated with two hands via the ergonomically designed operating handle, which is mounted on an adjustable arm. For an arm length of more than 500 mm, a spring balancer is supplied, which ensures that the workpiece remains in the center of gravity. The load is easily released with the integrated quick-release system, which cuts off the air supply in the tube when it is activated.
You choose the suction foot according to the material you have to lift and there are 3 types of suction feet:
