Dynice Heavy-Lift Sling

Heavy-Lift HMPE Slings are often used in the industry, wind and offshore industry, for lifting wind turbine components, boats and other items requiring surface protection.

Heavy-Lift HMPE Slings can generally replace steel cables and achieve a strength comparable to the diameter comparable to the steel wire rope.

Heavy-Lift HMPE Slings have great advantages considering own weight. The weight is approx. 50% of a polyester sling and approx. 20% of a steel wire rope with the same MBL. This means that the use of rigging aids is not necessary for correspondingly greater lifting.

Heavy-Lift Slings are available in very large designs, such as this heavy-lift sling, which has an MBL of no less than 525 tons, with an EWL of 19.2 meters. The sling has augmented eyes at the ends.

CERTEX Danmark always recommends that appropriate protection of slings is used to avoid wear, tearing and damage over sharp edges, etc.
