Vacuum tube lifters

FORCE-LIFT® tube lifters have been developed on the basis of decades of experience in vacuum technology. The tube lifter works with vacuum, and therefore makes minimal noise during use.
 

Vacuum tube lifter type FORCE-LIFT^®

t has the unique property that it adapts to the operator's movements and not the other way around. This function is called "Natural Motion Control" and gives you instinctive control over the vacuum tube lifter. The lifter is light, fast and efficient in use, and it has been developed for work where you have to make the same lifts many times during a day. It can be in a warehouse, in a transport and logistics center, in the food industry or in the manufacturing industry. This model has a maximum lifting capacity of 75 kg and it is operated one-handed via the ergonomic operating handle. It can be operated with both  right and left hands. You can thus easily change your working position during the day.
 

Vacuum tube lifter type FORCE-LIFT | 2

If you need a slightly higher lifting capacity, there is a tube lifter model that is more powerful - it is called FORCE-LIFT | 2 tube lifter and it has a max. lifting capacity of 300 kg. It is two-handed operated via an adjustable operating handle, and this handle can reach an arm length of 500 mm. This model is particularly useful in dispatch areas for receiving and delivering goods, in warehouses when unpacking and packing goods, and it is ideal for order picking and palletizing.

The load is easily released with the integrated quick-release system, which cuts off the air supply in the tube when it is activated.
 

Suction feet for tube lifters

For both models, there is a large selection of suction feet, depending on the type of goods you have to lift. There are suction feet for lifting items with porous surfaces, with airtight surfaces, as well as for lifting canisters and barrels. You can easily switch between the different suction feet via the quick-change coupling function.
