Meet our service coordinator Louise Nørkær Juhl

Louise is a born service coordinator – she is always happy and exuberant, and this affects the environment. Louise has actually always worked with service, also in her previous work elsewhere. She has an eye on every finger, and she always makes things come together. It requires an overview to keep track of 20 service technicians and all the service agreements that the customers have with us, and Louise has that.

”I have worked at CERTEX Danmark A/S since September 2021," says Louise, "and my work primarily consists of making sure that the customers who have a service agreement with us get their inspections done on time, and that those who have bought a faucet from get it installed.
In addition, I invoice the customers after finishing the job and create orders for inspections that come in ad hoc” concludes Louise .

In between these tasks, Louise answers the phone. It is both customers and service technicians who call our service department. Louise is also back-up for the service people when they lack spare parts and other components, which all service vans are always equipped with. She is also the one the service technicians call when they need help with other things.

”I love my job at CERTEX Danmark A/S. I like talking to people and helping people, both customers and "my" service people. The work is exciting and varied, and we have good cooperation in the entire service team. There is always time for a good laugh, and we help each other," says Louise.
